I love working on film projects and focus primarily on independently-funded and scrappy teams telling interesting stories with rich characters.
Mostly I am the Key Makeup Artist and the person responsible for taking a writer, director and actor's view on a character and translating this into a full look, alongside the Costume team.
I've worked on location in rainy forests in winter, in sunny parks in summer, in black box studio spaces and in multi-million pound sets on international film stages. I do hair, I do special effects, I style wigs and hair pieces, I apply prosthetics... Whatever it takes to bring a character and a story to life.
